Jenesis Rose Long, Ed.M., is an Iranian-American career and business development coach who helps neurodivergent professionals create sustainable, aligned career paths. She has coached hundreds of individual clients and dozens of complex teams through her own business and via jobs at universities across the country, hosts the Sustain Your Passion podcast, and works as a Marketing Automation Analyst for Midco. She co-wrote Liberationships: Critical Mentorship in Practice, and is now authoring The Neurodivergent Entrepreneur’s Journey

Jenesis grew up in a single-parent, first-generation, low-income household and went on to earn a Masters of Education in College Student Services Administration and an Honors Bachelor’s of Psychology, both from Oregon State University. She identifies publicly as queer, but in safe spaces shares that she is solo-polyamorous and in a lesbian partnership. She moved to Sioux Falls from Oregon just one year ago to be closer to her partner. She and her two dogs, Molly and Dunkin' enjoy slow walks in nature, reading in a hammock on a sunny day, and playing board games with friends.
