This is the last week that we are offering an optional Self Defense Class for queer folx with Emma Ward during Friday night drop-in hours! Shifted to accommodate after-work schedules and create a comfy space. Instructor Emma Ward brings 9 years of martial arts training and lived experience as a queer and autistic person. Learn physical and emotional skills like self-esteem, assertiveness, and recognizing unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Youth Housewarming
Youth Housewarming by the Youth Advisory Board
Transgender and gender-nonconforming youth, ages 6th - 12th grade, are invited to a Youth Housewarming to introduce people to our new Prism Center. This is the first event planned by our youth advisory board made up of our youth leaders!
Don’t worry about bringing snacks, we have that covered. AND the Youth Advisory Board has a time capsule activity planned!

What’s a time capsule?
A time capsule is like a big box that you fill with things that show what your life is like right now. You can put in pictures, toys, books, letters, or anything else that you think is important or fun. Then you hide the box somewhere safe. That way, people years from now in the future can find your box and see what your life was like. It’s like a way to write your own history!
